Vision 29 was born at the intersection of two worlds — design and real estate — and the belief that the space between them is where the most meaningful work happens. We are a team of designers and real estate professionals rooted in Southern California, brought together by a shared obsession: what a property can become when the right eye and the right intention are brought to it.
We started where most of us do — in the work itself. Years spent designing homes, developing properties, understanding what buyers feel when they walk through a door and why some rooms stop them in their tracks while others don't. That knowledge doesn't come from a staging manual. It comes from living inside the craft.
